We begin with a phone conversation just to get your initial goals for the property and then set up a time to meet. I will then plan on spending the day or day(s), depending on property size, walking the property with you and scouting every inch necessary to understand how the deer are currently using your property. This info along with the usage and hunting pressure around your property will help me come up with a plan for timber management, bedding areas, access trails, travel corridors, food plots and stand locations. After the site visit we will wrap up the day reviewing the property and the initial land plan going forward. I will provide you with a detailed map of your property with all of the habitat improvements shown along with a detailed key plan of improvements discussed.
